Form Check Yogurt lid form check
I can't break 440 with a real disc, what can I improve on with my form. I'm throwing at about 50% with a yogurt lid. I have a obstacle course that I play with my brother with these yogurt lids, they fly really well, 0.5 speed, 4 glide, 0 turn 4 fade, when thrown fast though they have a really nice hyzer flip

Form Check Am I too fat to throw far?
All jokes aside I’ve been playing disc golf very casually (drinking and smoking mostly) since 2009 but for the last 9 months or so I’ve been playing 1-4 times a week and trying to take it more seriously. My average drive is maybe 180-200 feet. A really good drive is 250 and my farthest recorded throw is 298 with a Jade. There’s literally a video on another post of a 10 year old girl throwing 323, wtf am I doing so wrong? I’m not expecting to be able to ever throw 500 feet or anything but it seems like most people can throw 350-400 after only a few months. I think I might be too slow to get it any further. Any help would be appreciated.

Form Check Help me improve my form
Classic case of "my boyfriend is obsessed with discgolf, and I am obsessed with my boyfriend, so I play discgolf" over here. I want to be able to rip 200 ft to catch up with my boyfriend and his friends who keeps going 400+ ft per throw...Seems impossible for me but I think if I improve my form, I might be able to get there with practice (or at least, I hope!).
Ok, so, feel free to comment/criticize away on what I can improve here. Any input is appreciated.

Form Check Form Finally Feels Dialed
Some of my most recent favorite holes and throws. How’s my form looking? After 7 years, I feel like I’ve finally got it down, feeling comfortable and consistent.

Form Check Trying to throw 450 ft. What’s holding me back?
My goal is to increase my average max speed from 60 mph (400 ft) to 65 mph (450 ft). I can occasionally throw up to 63 mph with the TechDisc, but it’s seldom I break 60 mph without going all out. Distance is my goal but I know speed is a good metric to determine distance potential.
TechDisc stats for this throw: Speed: 59.9 mph, Spin: 1223 rpm, Nose: 1.3 deg, Hyzer: 13.5 deg, Wobble: 6.8 deg, Launch: 5.9 deg
What form changes can I make to get more speed?
P.S. please don’t roast the shoes these are easy to put on for quick practice.

Form Check What am i missing to get 400ft of distance consistently?
A friend of mine recorded me on hole 19 at Morley Field in San Diego, CA. Being a shorter hole, i did not throw full power. Also, i did throw a little low. From what you can see in the video, what am i missing to hit 400ft consistently? On a good day, i get to 350ft consistently.

Form Check How do I take my forehand to the next level?
I’m a forehand dominant player and am fairly confident in shots up to 380 ft on flat ground. I mainly throw hyzer angle and when I used a tech disc I threw 60.7mph with 763rpm. Is there anything glaring I can improve?

Form Check Big ripper
This one drifted a little more than I’d like because of the crosswind coming off the horse farm on the left but this was a 500ft rip slightly downhill, pop top big z Zeus

Form Check TIFU
I got the Arm Speed app and was tossing a Truth into the cushions to see where I’m at. I held on to one a fraction of a second too long and put it about 1/3 into the drywall.
FWIW, this one came out at 66mph. I’m super new to the sport, not throwing anything over 9 speed, so I have no idea if that’s good or not.
Took a little while to get it patched and painted.
I think I need a net…

Form Check Form check? I might get destroyed.
First video is where I started. Second is where I’m at. I started playing disc golf about a month and a half ago and have been trying my hardest to improve my backhand throws. But they’re still not good. I think better than when I started though. Let me know what you think I could improve on.

Form Check TechDisc is the Real Deal
In two weeks, I broke my 2 year plateau of about 55 mph and added 5+ mph and about 100 RPM of spin.
The idea of seeing instant feedback to small form tweaks is a real game changer.
I'd try 5-10 throws making a small change. If the numbers improved, I kept that change. If the numbers didn't improve, I moved on from that change.
Doing this enough will quickly show you how to optimize your form.
I need to work on nose-down throws next, which seems impossible to do no matter what I try at the moment. But I'm super happy with the results so far.
