Any recommendations for forehand discs?

I have been out of disc golf a couple of years and am finally getting back into the sport, and one thing I have been doing is cataching up on Jomez coverage of this year's tour. While watching one event I was reminded of a course that used to be on the event. I do not remember much about it, but one hole stands out. The main fairway runs along a sidewalk with grass to the left and trees/parking lot to the right and the basket was sitting in an "island" in the middle of the parking lot. Does anyone remember which course this was? I am pretty sure it was not a permanent course and was just set up for the event, but I would like to revisit some of the old events on Jomez and I would prefer not having to look through all the hundreds of videos on their YouTube channel. [FIRST QUESTION SOLVED: USDGC, Hole 13, Winthrop Disc Golf Course, prior to 2022]

Additionally, there was one event where on a single hole there was a quadruple follow flight. Everyone on the card got a follow flight. I believe the tee pad was elevated a bit above the basket. Yeah, this one is a bit of a long shot, but it does not hurt to ask. [SECOND QUESTION SOLVED: 2018 USDGC, Hole 3, Round 2, McBeth, Conrad, Anthon, Melton].

Does anyone know what the free discs that were given away at 2024 GKPro Skins match at Faylor Lake? I cannot find any markings on it

After a month and a half of playing disc golf, I finally hit my first birdie today, 260 feet downhill with my Aviar DX. I felt really good about my outing… until the drive home, when the universe doubled down and I hit an actual bird. A bird for a birdie. I guess the disc golf gods demanded a sacrifice.

Would anybody even want these ? About to put them on a shelf to rot.(no not for free) just not sure if they are even worth anything.

I'm a big MVP/Axiom fan. . . never got the hype over the Glitch. I also don't like the Trail too much even though on paper, it should be the happy middle ground between the Insanity and the Wave, both of which I love.

I'm also not really feeling the Crave. I have a couple, but I just dug my Cicada out of the closet today and it feels so much better than the Crave.

The Berg, Pixel, Zone, Buzzz and Teebird are some others that I just don't get either.

I don't really have anyone to brag to about this round that would understand it, so if you'll allow? I'm mid forties and I started playing a little over a month ago. This round bested my previous by four strokes. Was shaping shots a bit and my putting was on point. Got my first tournament next weekend so this feels really great!

Me and my Dad are gonna go watch the pros for the first time in a couple weeks. If anyone has any tips/tricks for a new spectator id love to hear them. I’ve played Toboggan a few times so I know my way around the course a bit and have a decent idea where I wanna set up and watch/wait for the lead card. But wondering what their policy is on chairs? Coolers? Are the spots along the course to grab a snack/drink or is it just a BYOS type deal?

Tried clicking around their website but couldn’t really find much info.

I just tuned in to watch round 2 coverage and Jomez advertised Brixton and DGPT trading cards in the same 10 second spot. It was to the point that Uli actually blended the two together before a Jerm correction. Aren't those competing brands or did I miss something? It just seemed very odd knowing the ties between Jomez and the DGPT.

I want a cart i can sit on. Thinking of retro fitting a milk crate. Would the axel give out?

I bought Squatch Legend bag 2nd hand and they sent it with this piece. Where is it supposed to be to go? I can’t figure it out and tried looking online for a manual or an explanation and can’t figure it out.

Hey all, I might be playing my first glow round Labor Day weekend. I’ve ordered a UV flashlight and some Firefly Glow Vinyl. I don’t have any real pro shops near me and can’t seem to easily find glow models of my go to discs online that will get here in time. I’ve checked on Amazon and a couple disc specific sites. I love my Trail, Roadrunner, Beast, Buzz and Judge.

Any solid sites for glow discs and any feedback on the Glow Vinyl? Will it be enough to add these to my discs or are glow discs the best way to go?

My club is looking at going from 3 divisions (rec, adv, and open) to 4 (rec, am, adv, open). We are thinking of using UDisc ratings to place people. If your club uses this method, what cutoffs do you use for each division?

I recently lost my favorite disc (a tempo) to a pond and figured it was a good reason to buy a brand new one. Got a limited run one hoping it will help motivate to not lose it. I always I feel I can’t hit the course without a tempo in there. What’s everyone’s favorite disc?
