Is there a plugin which can do something like serum 2's RM, PD, and FM, but from one track to another instead of just within serum 2?

I have the iPhone Launchpad app. As I'm switching to Android, I noticed the apps out there for something similar are way different. Does Launchpad really made it that easy? I actually want to make music, but not at the expense of it feeling cheap because of an app. Is this just me, or does the general census of others matter in this regards. I do like Launchpad...
