Definitely should have been "Point" instead of "Paint" ("o" and "a" makes a big difference). They were probably going for "For Electric Carts Point" and ended up with "Fletnic" instead of "Electric".

"Electric Cart Boarding Point" would probably have been the better translation.

I always assume that someone tries to transcribe handwriting with a keyboard while being unfamiliar with the letters. So they're just guessing by shape.
