In cases like this the answer is almost always "money" or as some say "follow the money"

Explanation
Trump failed in his legal attempt to halt the wind farm visible from his Scottish golf course. It's a personal vendetta.

Apart from all the direct damage he's doing, he's inspiring a whole new generation of despicable politicians all over the world. The indirect damage will be enough to tip our climate over the edge.

That's why people need to de-americanize their society. Replace American movies with European ones, American TV shows with Korean ones, American AI tools with Chinese ones, and so on. Diversity is a good thing.

Whole administration and heritage foundation are pure evil and doing nothing but fucking over the country, the people, and the whole planet. Such shallow immature self centered ghouls that are the epitome of everything wrong in humanity.

We know the reason. It’s his golf course in Scotland. He doesn’t like looking at windmills while he’s golfing there.

He was told by rightwing entertainment they're ugly. Oh and didn't he fight them off the Ireland golf course where they were messing up his golf course view? That's it. It's golf. Fucking pathetic Republicans.

Wind power hurt Trump's fee-fees, just like science public health, and meteorology. It's all a giant tantrum from the world's oldest toddler.

His speech at a NY fundraiser in 2018 provides an explanation (just kidding):
You can blow up a pipeline, you can blow up the windmills. You know, the windmills, boom, boom, boom [mimicking windmill sound] bing [mimes shooting large gun], that’s the end of that one. If the birds don’t kill it first. The birds could kill it first. They kill so many birds. You look underneath some of those windmills, it’s like a killing field, the birds. But you know, that’s what they were going to, they were going to windmills. And you know, don’t worry about — when the wind doesn’t blow, I said, ‘What happens when the wind doesn’t blow?’ ‘Well, then we have a problem'. Okay, good.

Trump has a nasty bully vendetta against wind energy because he's still pissed that the Scottish ignored his complaints and went ahead with an offshore windfarm near his golf links. But I also have to wonder if this has any connection to the main developer, Orsted, being a Danish company and Denmark rejected his Greenland ambitions/threats. And furthermore, a Danish delegation recently with Newsom and have just entered into a green energy partnership with California.

Good, wind energy is a complete waste of money and resources, not one single turbine has ever made more energy than it cost to produce it, on top of being horrible for the environment since they all end up buried in the ground because they can’t be recycled
3
u/GoGoTrance 23h ago
How much energy does it take to produce a wind turbine?
-4
u/prawn-diver-master 22h ago
Building and maintaining turbines requires massive amounts of concrete that can’t be repurposed or used for anything else and ends up as litter buried in the earth, it requires massive amounts of steel for the support strut, and the blades are made of large amounts of un recyclable polymers and alloys that once produced can only be disposed of by burying, you need lots of rare earth materials for the power generation systems and battery storage and transfer like lithium and cobalt, which are massive environmental disasters to harvest from the earth none of these things can be repurposed and easily break down, when they do break down that then adds to the required output to break even from the rest of the farm, which they never end up producing before they’re all just detonated and buried it’s a total waste and any engineer will be happy to tell you about it, no wind turbine farm has ever produced more energy than what was required to build it, it’s always a net loss

Explanation?
This administration is wholly owned and controlled by Petrogarchs via The Heritage Foundation.
They're hobbling alternative energy because it threatens the power of big oil. That's the only explanation we need.
