How does it feel living in a place where 16C is considered hot? I mean, 16C is the temperature of my city during late winter/ early spring

How does it feel to live in a place where winter temperature is 16C? It feels, normal, I'd imagine. We get used to these things.

It isn't considered hot in June. He's just being needlessly dramatic.
