Another arson attack on a flower shop - the same one that was already set on fire just 10 days ago. The reason? The owners openly support the students’ struggle.

This is far from an isolated case. Anyone who dares to support the protests becomes a target. A bus company that helps transport students has had its buses vandalized multiple times, license plates stolen, the owner attacked in his own yard, and even received threats that his son would be killed. When his (underage) son was arrested for protesting, the man attempted suicide. The only reason he’s still standing is because ordinary people rallied, raised money, and pulled him back from the edge. Despite constant harassment from the police and their goons, he still drives students to protests.

Other small businesses have been smashed up too: a fish shop, a pizzeria, cafés, even a workshop where the owner and his friend were beaten with crowbars. And of course, not a single person has been arrested for any of this. And even if they were, it wouldn’t matter - the president already pardoned the thugs who broke a student’s jaw with clubs, along with others who assaulted protesters.

This is what happens when you live under a regime that protects its own enforcers while punishing anyone who resists.
