If you had any, you'd be able to see how widespread the problem is. But sure, Not All Russians:tm:

Russians want to commit Genocide all over Ukraine, multiple **civilians** have been recorded saying that, but we have to assume the majority are actually against it because someone is too scared to do some moral condemnation.

Can't wait for you to be one of the sources of the "Russians, good people" myth just like "Italiani brava gente" was created to shirk responsibility for atrocities.
