I'm in South east Ireland. A friend of mine got talking to a Romanian guy from near the Ukraine border who seemed to be very pro Russian. I couldn't understand that logic

Recent Romanian immigrants come from the lowest strata in our society and are very susceptible to disinformation. They are the targets of intense Russian disinformation campaigns on social media, and have been so since the pandemic.

The failures of our internal policies have created these masses of morons that have been weaponized by the Kremlin.

Is there anything in this universe that Putin/The Kremlin hasn't turned into a weapon?
