The Serb List party should definitely be classified a terrorist organization, and excluded from the next (and future) elections in Kosovo.

Hmmmm how convenient it is that you want to exclude the only party that represents the Serbian minority in Kosovo...

Regardless of the party, Serbs have permanent seats in the National Assembly. The seats will not be replaced with Albanian or other minorities, but with Serb representatives from other Serb parties.

To add more context, Serb List officials get elected with 200-300 votes, meaning a very low turnout from Serb electorate. Other Serb party candidates are bullied, intimidated, have their property burned, or killed by the Serb terrorist organization. The only thing SLP represents is the interest of the criminal elites of Belgrade and Vucic’s mafia clan.

I completely agree with that, but that is something we in Serbia need to resolve. Vucic will only get another party to replace it. It would not be a good move from a PR perspective to ban the biggest minority party in Kosovo rn, no matter how corrupted it is.

I know that won’t change anything at all in reality, but it is one small step towards progress. It will be a bad thing for Kosovo in short run, but a good thing for the future. Serbs in Kosovo need to be able to choose who they want to elect as representatives, with no interference from anyone else.

That is unrealistic, there will always be influence from Serbia. The most optimal situation is for someone other from Vucic to be elected. (hopefully 2027.)

Is there really no hope for you guys to kick vucic out now?

Well no, the election can only be iniciated by him as the president, and the next regular elections are in 2027. We are hoping for him to call for early elections and there are some signs he might do it but we are not sure.

Quite unfortunate tbh. Another question, how dependable is the vote counting in Serbia? Is it counted well, or is it also balkanic? Lol

Oh absolutely balkanic. But we are already preparing for a serious conflict to defend the will of the people

IndigoChild is right on this point. No matter what political party is present, 10 seats are always guaranteed for Serb minority, and constituional changes can only be done with 2/3 of minorities, meaning 10 are Serb nationality, the other 10 are Turkish, Bosnian, Romani, Egyptian and so on.

In the end if we want constitutional changes for anything, nothing can be done without the approval of Serb minorities.

Look at it in this context: 95% of people are Albanian, but they can’t do jack shit with the constitution without approval and cooperation of 3%. So power to the few. If that is not democracy, i don’t know what is.

If you do not like that fact (which really is insane, that 3% decides for 95%) why not change the constitution and get rid of that part? Just give that 10 places to other minorities and do not include Serbs at all. I am sure EU and US will not say anything since you are the majority in the country and have their full support since 1999.

You cant change the constitution without minority support. That is the compromise we did for independence.

But i have a different viewpoint. I believe Kosovo should be a bridge to promote cooperation between Albania and Serbia. Perhaps a international UN sponsored building, the same as Geneva in Prishtina. That sounds right.

They represent sns minority in Kosovo, nothing more than that.
