Population increased as well but jobless rate remains stable this is just sensationalized news

Despite progress, the unemployment rate among non-EU citizens (12.3% in 2024) remains considerably higher than for Germans (5.1%).

The bundeswehr has plenty of vacancies, and it will be even more in the near future.
