Old principle of naval blockade is "the flag covers the goods", a neutral ship carrying enemy-owned goods is not liable to capture. But, if it's trying to enter a blockaded port it is no longer neutral, it's effectively a belligerent because it's trying to help one side. Generally this principle give every country to enforce blockade by sinking, seizing, taking as prize, detaining crew and passengers and rerouting such ships to own ports.
Another principle dated back to 1700s is "a blockade must be effective to be legal", which meant a blockade was legal only if it was publicly advertised as well as being effective enough to present a merchantman attempting to enter a port realistic danger of capture. Or to be even simplier, Israel and Egypt who are blockade port in Gaza had to keep naval presence and intervene in every attemp to break declared blockade to enforce it's legality.
To put it short, they are idiots who think being "on humanitarian mission" means no rules apply to you, in fact its very far from truth according to international principles and laws of naval warfare and want cry in media about evil and heartless Israeli Navy when they enforce extreme basic stuff related to commerce shipping in combat zone. Probably this bunch would even fly Palestine State flags (Palestine does have international recognized shipping register and Palestine-flagged commerce ships because a big chunk of world recognize Palestine State government in Rammalah) BUT flying colors as a ship from country where ship isn't registered is hella illegal and per UNCLOS (United Nation Convention Law Of Sea) meant said ships...aren't protected by any international law including "Freedom of Navigation".

Two wrongs don't made it right, especially in shitshow which is control over Gaza port by non-state paramilitary organization, which TBF, said shitshow is fitting Israel which both claim that political situation in Gaza between Hamas and government in Ramallah isn't their problem, but use card of enforcing naval blockade to made sure Hamas can't use port facilities for illegal activities AND Palestine can't enforce own territorial claims over Gaza which justify said control over Palestine territorial waters.

Oh yes, this is the twit that refused to clap President Zelenskyy and is opposing sanctions to russia.
he criticised Mr Zelenskiy’s government decision to outlaw opposition parties with links to russia.
He added he also did not applaud the Taoiseach’s commitment to Mr Zelenskiy to support his country’s fast track application to join the EU
Twit.

He said the flotilla will depart Tunis on Thursday and is likely to include 50 boats and more than 1,000 people.
Quite impressive if they achieve that.

I'm sure the last flotilla with 100kg of flour and the 250kg of rice, some of that was used by the crew already, would have helped dramatically.

Last year Ukraine sent quietly flour to gaza without such OR stunt:
Ukraine Sent Flour to Palestine under the Grain from Ukraine Program
Ukraine has transferred one thousand tons of wheat flour to Palestine as part of the Grain from Ukraine program.
Two more shipments are planned in the coming months. In total, Ukraine plans to deliver more than seven thousand tons of wheat flour

The moment this blockade ends, Iran would ship in missiles that would soon be launched at Europe. Hamas is openly telling announcing their intention to attack Europe.
