Why, Ukraine has enough of nuclear fuel to cover in radioactive dust main cities. The possibility of such an answer to nuclear threat works almost like nukes.

I'm sure there's a few ASMP-A and B61 with Ukraine's name written on it, if such a threat's to be attempted
