Everyone has a camera, name and shame. Incels don’t deserve special protection.

u/macedonianmoper Portugal 1d ago

I'm not sure they care, the headline literally states that they record their actions, I assume to post it on tiktok or something.

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago

The issue is that these are kids that are doing it. They don’t know the extent of their action. This is where education and accountability comes in.

Fuck around and find out. Gotta learn somehow in life

35

u/Oofpeople 1d ago

I hope one of those girls ends up being an undercover bodybuilder to kick their £%@&#&@*

15

u/refinancecycling 1d ago

bodybuilding is not as effective as martial arts training (at least, for a similar level of visibility, i.e. also being undercover), so I'd hope for the latter. Something like karate or muay thai would be ideal. But also, having at least the same number of fighters on your team is also important (for a N vs N scenario).

-3

u/Chosenito69 1d ago

thanks Mr. Obvious, and you still manage to get it wrong. Ideal would be a loaded glock or some tear gas.

2

u/Alternative_Pick_717 1d ago

Temper, thats way worse than what those kids are doin

-1

u/Chosenito69 1d ago

I disagree. They know exactly what they are doing and they know that as long as they are "teenagers" they will get away with all the disgusting shit, which will carry over to adulthood. That being said, a glock might be pushing it haha.

Like that guy Vladimir who dresses like a girl.

2

u/Parragorious 1d ago

Bodybuild is nice and all that but it .eans almost shit all in a fight, you need to know HOW to throw a punch first

0

u/Inner-Stuff3285 1d ago

Undercover bodybuilder? Are u restated?

1

u/Oofpeople 1d ago

It's entirely possible

4

u/VARYOS1337 1d ago

same excuse all the time

-31

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago

Yes but the point is for them to learn, not to permanently ruin their lives, reputations etc. This is reversible but must be done wisely. Especially so that the boys know why the thing they did is so wrong and understand it

15

u/mahboilucas Poland 1d ago

Yeah, fuck around and find out method

-10

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago edited 1d ago

Ah yes and shame them and radicalize them further. Great idea. You’re giving a way to Konfederacja and affiliates to produce radical extremists by doing this. They know how to spin things and Konfederacja and the manosphere overlap on the venn diagram.

14

u/mahboilucas Poland 1d ago

You're infantalising men and taking away their ability to grow by giving them a slap on the wrist instead of consequences. We've (women) been pushed to the wall and somehow femcels still aren't as prevalent.

-5

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago edited 1d ago

And now you’re pointlessly arguing against me, making it men vs. Women. Instead of “let’s solve the growing misogyny problem together” you’re opting for division. And that’s exactly why the problem will grow.

It’s because you don’t combat extremism with more violence. Unless it’s an armed conflict. And then still, you can’t bomb an idea away. See: The Taliban.

You need to disarm it like a bomb.

I’m not taking away their ability to grow, I’m actually fostering it if you’d read my comment carefully.

They should not get a slap on the wrist. What I’m suggesting isn’t one.

Also I’m talking about the kids who do these “patrols”.

Not grown men.

Grown men with views like this are fully responsible for their actions and should face consequences. What consequences? I don’t know, because as I said in previous comments this needs a top down approach. If you shame extremists they’ll just entrench themselves more in their views.

3

u/mahboilucas Poland 1d ago

It's because you expect a genuine reply from someone who made a joke bud. Chill a bit

u/Carbonatite 13h ago

Asking women to coddle their oppressors by not responding too harshly to their own victimizers is...an interesting take.

1

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 8h ago

Where am I asking women to coddle their oppressors? Can you read? I’m advocating for society-wide action to combat this behavior. Not for women to go “oh you poor misunderstood misogynist, lemme hug you and explain why you’re wrong.” I’m done with you people. And it’s apparently Americans who have trouble reading past 6th grade

Oh no, teenagers doing something cringe will get their feefees hurt when laughed at

We must make an exception to this particular group and kiss their toes lest they grow up to vote for the party that will fuck them over

Sorry, but as someone who would absolutely have been in such a group back in their age, they won't get any kid gloves with me

10

u/LolloBlue96 Italy 1d ago

If we banned the manosphere it'd already be a major hit to the popularity of this filth

-1

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago edited 1d ago

Yes, that’s correct. It’s that the manosphere is a product of society. Of frustrated, angry, insecure men. Someone has to teach those men, when they’re teenagers still, that they can solve their problems and work on themselves, instead of falling into “ITS THE DECADENT BIMBOS FAULT. LOW VALUE WOMEN. SHAME TO THEM”. It’s a super tempting solution to watch and listen to the manosphere because you now have a clear enemy and people to blame for the way your life is. Just replace “women” with “immigrants” here and it’s the alt-right talking points.

2

u/LolloBlue96 Italy 1d ago

Yep. When you look at it, xenophobia and misogyny are the same at the core. Just a way to blame someone else.

It's just a divisive rhetoric to keep the common folk too busy fighting amongst each other, when the ones to blame are the political and economic elites.

-3

u/Odd_Entertainer1616 1d ago

The issue is that in at least a few European countries you can get some hefty fines for that as they are minors.

5

u/JohnnyBravo66666 1d ago

So are the girls they are harassing.

12

u/stupendous76 1d ago

This is where education and accountability comes in.

And suddenly you know why conservatives and right wing-politicians want less education, want to ban books and are pro propaganda.

46

u/Ill-Egg4008 1d ago

Are they 9? Are they 11?

These aren’t kids. If they are old enough to go harassing ppl and make videos at the mall, they are old enough to know better.

2

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago

Listen, 14 is still a child. They’re not “almost adults” (17). They look like 8-15.

It’s like saying “if this 8 year old can shoplift then he knows enough to not to do it” when an adult could be manipulating this child into it, and they had no idea it really is bad like everyone else says, because XYZ it’s not at they trust them.

Teenage boys with no anger outlet are served Tate’s or manosphere content algorithmically.

And they cling to it because it gives them that outlet and validates their anger. It’s like a drug. Everything is suddenly so easy, the answers are always there and simple.

You should hear men who exited the alt-right pipeline, this is almost verbatim what they say

12

u/Might0fHeaven 1d ago

I didnt do this when I was 14. Nobody I know did this when they were 14. If someone does this at 14 years old, they need to be severely disciplined so they grow up normal and learn how to behave. Theres no point in defending them, they'll only become worse from here

5

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago

I am not defending them. They did wrong. I am saying they’re jackasses. But that they need to be educated and taught. Something like an apology video made by these boys would be a very good idea. This is where you need education and rehabilitation.

6

u/Might0fHeaven 1d ago

The issue is that the right wing grifters they listen to already accounted for that. Educational institutions are the first thing they go for. They make young people distrust them, call them woke, etc. Its difficult to rehabilitate a person like this unless they escape the pipeline themselves or their friends make them do so

9

u/juliagou1ia 1d ago

Literally you being like “boys will be boys” don’t punish them, praise them! Make them feel special for harassing women…

3

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago

No, the fuck I’m not. I am not saying “boys will be boys”.

Nowhere did I say they should be praised.

I gave you an explanation on why they possibly did it. Not a justification.

They should face consequences and get disciplinary action taken against them. Also to educate them on why the thing they did was wrong.

This isn’t “boys will be boys” this is morality police behavior. And that needs to be quickly addressed and stopped. This is unacceptable.

5

u/juliagou1ia 1d ago

Someone made comment saying they are old enough to know better and you responded saying “no they’re kids, they just might listen to Andrew Tate” as a way to justify the behaviour.

At no point in your original comment did you condemn the behaviour nor did you suggest an alternative. You literally went “these are boys who are angry so they do this” which, despite what you think, without further context validates the behaviour especially since you were responding to someone actually condemning the behaviour.

Glad you know this is unacceptable though.

4

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago

Explanation of their behavior isn’t an excuse for their behavior. I didn’t justify it, I named why they might do it. None of what they’re doing is right.

2

u/juliagou1ia 1d ago

Again, glad we are on the same page. But you seem to be flip flopping.

In your original comment you say verbatim:

“The issue is that these are kids that are doing it. They don’t know the extent of their actions”

Which is an excuse for their actions. “They don’t know the extent” when they are old enough to understand that it is wrong is excusing their behaviour.

They should know better. And can’t imagine any of them would want to be followed around and harassed. Yes maybe it’s an issue of educating them but honestly it’s equally as possible they know this isn’t okay but are doing it any way because they like the power/ feelings the manosphere gives them. Which is still inexcusable and not a justification for this behaviour and they should be punished.

2

u/Ok-Weakness-3206 1d ago

14 almost have developed cognitive abilities on par with adults par of the ability to resist peer pressure, they already know right from wrong, and can reason/deduce the consequences of their actions

-3

u/FactorTop8356 1d ago

Everyone under 18 is a kid. Parents are responsible for them.

7

u/zuzu1968amamam 1d ago

were always 5 years of education away from solving misogyny.

3

u/skania_cross 1d ago

Girls they will be harassing might also be their age.

2

u/SlouchyGuy 1d ago

What do you mean when you say it because problem with "accountabillity" is its form.

Children and teens are protected from many consequences by their age, most of person to person actions are punishable by the law, so basically the government should step up and do something.

Problem is it's blunt, slow, stupid and lazy, so nothing will happen.

1

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago

In their case accountability here is to educate them and tell them how they fucked up and why. What exactly is it that they did and what are the ramifications. Then you have say the eldest one publish a video where he describes what he thought he was doing, admit wrongdoing, say what he learned and that this is wrong, and to not to do it. Express remorse.

This way you’re not shaming them and punishing them into oblivion, which would only radicalize them.

This isn’t something for me, a lone Polish redditor to tackle. This needs an actual response from the Polish govt. because patrols like this are a glaring sign of extremism on the rise. The education ministry needs to step up. Tusk needs to say something. The ministry of interior has to say something. Perhaps have the national police press office put out a statement. Use celebrities in pro-public ads running across the country.

But again this needs a team, not just me with a keyboard. There are options but the govt. has to take them. If no, then I seriously see catholic morality police becoming real, but this time with adults wearing “patriotic” merch because they’re “protecting family values and enforcing modesty”.

1

u/SlouchyGuy 1d ago

Yes, it's a possible solution. WHo will implement it?

1

u/Pancernywiatrak Poland 1d ago

As I said. That should be the Polish government, forming a comprehensive policy and implementing it. This needs to be top down, or “traditional values” will flood us. We will drown in extremism, because I have no doubt that the government will do what it does best - miss the moment and method to act. So, nothing will happen.

2

u/Choice-Property4703 1d ago

they do know the extent of their actions being a teen isn't a disability

1

u/Dog_seeker_420 1d ago

We are witnessing the effects of stress-free upbringing.

0

u/Necessary-Dish-444 1d ago

Then punish whoever is responsible for them?

1

u/Arek_PL 1d ago

those patrols are done by literal kids, its a new trendy "challenge" on social media like tik-tok

1

u/CuriousThylacine 1d ago

So some sort of incel patrol?

1

u/Northrljos 21h ago

They're only gonna be ashamed in about 20 years when they have a daughter and she turns 12.

1

u/IvanStarokapustin 21h ago

Let’s be frank, most of these guys won’t be having daughters (or sons), unless the mail order bride business really gets going. And even then…

-14

u/Angry-Sek-man Poland 1d ago

Nobody is partoling shit, its just some dumb game teenagers are playing when they walk to music.

Boys pretend to partol girls pretend to be those sexly ladies to be patroled.

17

u/EquipmentAdorable982 1d ago

Stop lying. Sing the national anthem or something if you need to pretend you're doing smth for the glory of your country.

-12

u/El_Don_94 1d ago

But it's funner for Reddit to act as if its the downfall of society.

-36

u/Excellent-Sir-9324 2d ago

Its girls or mixed groups doing the patrols.

60

u/ParticularFix2104 Earth (dry part) 2d ago

You think that makes a difference?

5

u/_Eshende_ Latvia/Ukraine 1d ago edited 1d ago

It doesn’t - because article actually points out most of videos done by boys lmao

(heil to archive.ph that allow dodge paywalls)

A skoro tak, to mogłoby się wydawać, że w "szon patrolach" partycypować będą wyłącznie chłopcy i mężczyźni. I owszem, to oni odpowiadają za dużą część filmików tego rodzaju. -If that's the case, it might seem that only boys and men would participate in "shon patrols." And yes, they are responsible for a large portion of these kinds of videos.

3

u/-SideshowBlob- 1d ago

Considering the comment they replied to, I would argue that it absolutely does. When you think of an incel, you don't think of a woman.

17

u/PG_Wednesday 2d ago

So often the greatest proponents of the patriarchy (especially on young girls) is women. At this point I feel like all men could disappear and the patriarchy would still remain as the foundation on which our society is based.

14

u/MrBanana421 Belgium 2d ago

Power is power.

Some get it by punching upwards to get more for all, some punch downwards to feel more power for themselves.

2

u/PG_Wednesday 1d ago

Definitely. There are people who have accumulated power under the patriarchy, and I don't think tbe lack of men would make them want to give it up

-26

u/Excellent-Sir-9324 2d ago

Ok buddy.

So its mens fault that women police women for being sluts.

Sure buddy whatever.

I'm not polish, but I know enough poles to know most men there would want more sluts, more sluttyness and more slutty sluts.

We men LOVE sluts. Cant get enough of them.

-2

u/SamePlane7792 1d ago

Men, historically known for not wanting women who will give them easy sex.

-7

u/Rothko28 1d ago

B-b-but that user wants to rant about men!

4

u/_Eshende_ Latvia/Ukraine 1d ago

Article points out it’s mostly done by men (though it points there are also an exceptions),

that just lied thinking no one is smart enough to dodge paywall

A skoro tak, to mogłoby się wydawać, że w "szon patrolach" partycypować będą wyłącznie chłopcy i mężczyźni. I owszem, to oni odpowiadają za dużą część filmików tego rodzaju.

If that's the case, it might seem that only boys and men would participate in "shon patrols." And yes, they are responsible for a large portion of these kinds of videos.
