If he was trying his hardest, he wouldn't have humiliated Zelenskyy at the White House.

His trying to end it in a russian favor and his administrations translates russian narratives. His motives are nowhere near pure.

At very least, he'd prefer to end the war by making other Angelinas change their passport to russian one and worship warmonger child killer putin in school
