Andorra
Andorra is one of Europes smallest nations. The position of head of state of andorra is exercised by two people at once - the President of France and the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Urgell. Tourism is the most important part of the economy of Andorra.

Shit, not a lot.
Small landlocked country in the Pyrenees between France and Spain
Only country to have Catalan as an official language
Has a lot of Spanish and Portuguese immigrants
Flag resembles Chad's but with a coat of arms
I think France and Spain share some type of de jure hegemony over it ?
Lots of casinos
Too cool for the EU club
