The only reason this would ever happen to anyone is if they have a shitty diet in the first place. Taco Bell has more fiber than most fast food

u/lilljerryseinfeld 12d ago

I always thought this "joke" was weird. Then people kept saying it like it's a fact - like wtf are you eating where chicken, beef, and lettuce causes you to explode out your bum?

31

u/HairyH00d 12d ago

I think we're massively underestimating the proportion of the Uber white population that grew up eating hamburger helper and meatloaf with ketchup whose stomach can get fucked up with the tiniest amount of spice.

And before people come at me, I'm not talking about all white people. But you know who I am talking about.

10

u/yungbillcosbii 12d ago

There's more spice in a bell pepper than anything on a taco bell menu

9

u/AlideoAilano 11d ago

Well, their Diablo sauce is almost a decent mild sauce anywhere else.

1

u/LvLUpYaN 10d ago

I thought it was just Mexican ketchup

8

u/HairyH00d 11d ago

I had a white coworker bring "spicy noodles" to a pot luck once and was concerned it might be too spicy for people.

It was literally sweet.

Some people actually cannot handle any level of spice.

3

u/HeadDot141 10d ago

True. I had a coworker tell me she only had pepper, salt and paprika for seasonings 😭

I’m like ā€œdamn, no wonder she eats out a lotā€

1

u/blue-gigi 7d ago

My grandma will tell you straight to your face that the food is spicy when it's literally just got salt and pepper on it 🤣

1

u/HairyH00d 7d ago

Tbf American food was super bland until immigrant influences

1

u/lilljerryseinfeld 10d ago

Middle America/Deep south?

1

u/HairyH00d 10d ago

The culture (or lack thereof) that I speak of is not bound by any specific regional borders but yes, it is rather prevalent in the areas you mentioned.

24

u/Apprehensive-Can-857 12d ago

I think people confuse it with real Mexican food which can wreak havoc on your stomach with all the peppers and spices. Having shared a bathroom with a lot of Hispanics over the years at work I can see why. The home cooking is pretty hardy. LOL!

3

u/NeighborhoodVeteran 12d ago

Tbf fire sauce can wreak havoc on certain peoples lol

2

u/okyeahy 12d ago

Weak lol. Diablo or bust.

8

u/DrManfattan 12d ago

Diablo isn’t even spicy and I don’t care for the taste so I just go for fire, tastes better imo

4

u/Standard_Bison_3228 12d ago

Yeah Diablo has a weird chemical taste to it

3

u/Positive_Parking_954 11d ago

Look at the ingredients and you’ll see why

4

u/monty624 11d ago

Unfortunately a good majority of the stereotype is rooted in racism. Same with msg.

1

u/scottb90 12d ago

Peppers an spices are so damn good though lol. I could eat mexican food everyday for the rest of my life easily. I am 1% Latino though so that part of me really shines thru my 99% whiteness

3

u/LeatherHog 11d ago

Same, and I've got a crappy diet. This has never happened to me, but people act like it's as guaranteed as the sun rising

1

u/NukaColaAddict1302 11d ago

It’s not always about the ingredients themselves but rather the quality and the way they’re handled.

For example the Taco Bell close to my work is great, never have any problems. I’ve gotten sick twice from the one closest to my house though, and refuse to go there for that reason.

1

u/Open-Comedian8845 10d ago

They think it's actual Mexican food

1

u/WiseSpunion 10d ago

People with no gallbladder also

1

u/Suitable_Jicama_1213 9d ago

Always assumed it was due to the hot sauce meme back when we still had the chihuahua as the mascot.

White ppl + "hot sauce" = diarrhea

1

u/Soup0rMan 8d ago

It's the alcohol. Alcohol gives diarrhea and drunk college kids love taco bell.

They get drunk, go eat way way too much t hell, then wake up and shit their guts out.

1

u/Cardinalfan89 8d ago

It's the cheese and sour cream

1

u/Chanito31 7d ago

The ā€œjokeā€ is based on racism.

u/two_three_five_eigth 12d ago

I Remember a guy in college who ate 3 Mexican pizzas. He blew up the dorm bathroom and tried to blame Taco Bell. Everyone was like ā€œdon’t eat three Mexican pizzas you idiotā€

21

u/twoPillls 12d ago

I think this is the real answer. Maybe not as much nowadays, but you used to be able to get an absurd amount of food for dirt cheap at Taco Bell. Me and all my friends would all eat gigantic meals loaded with an insane amount of fire sauce. I was in high school and had a strong stomach, but that would definitely make my 30 year old current self shit my brains out by the next morning.

3

u/HonestRefrigerator0 12d ago

šŸ¤£ā˜ ļø

7

u/guitarplum 11d ago

Whenever someone says this I ask what the hell is wrong with their stomach

2

u/MurphysLaw4200 10d ago

Seriously, I don't eat it much anymore, but it has never given me diarrhea. I'm sure I had the shits after eating it on many occasions, but that was due to the copious amounts of alcohol consumed prior.

I love this. I’ve always thought one of the weirdest things I’ve ever encountered on the internet was people who say Taco Bell and other spicy food mess with their digestive systems more than anything else. Baffling. I’m not trying to be controversial or anything, but I’m serious with this question. Is this like a non-Hispanic white thing? I’ve always heard jokes that they find black pepper spicy and things like that. Do they have finicky digestive systems?

28

u/RandyHoward 12d ago

It didn't happen to me until I was in my 30s and had my gall bladder removed. Since then most fast food gives me the shits, but Taco Bell gets me the worst.

7

u/Graztine 12d ago

I had my gall bladder out a few years ago and my stomach definitely has been more sensitive, but Taco Bell is one that typically doesn’t bother me. But this may vary depending on what I order

22

u/yoursweetlord70 12d ago

Very spicy food can sometimes do it for me, but nothing at Taco Bell is close to that spicy.

40

u/DJSANDROCK 12d ago

Its one of those things where someone made a funny and then it got repeated so many times people just started acting like it was true. in my opinion

5

u/candynipples 11d ago

From my experience it’s 3 things that contributed to this meme:

1) what you said, people just liked to hop on the bandwagon that Taco Bell gives them the shits

2) back in the day Taco Bell was one of the more affordable fast food options, which lead to a lot of people binging it. Taco Bell didn’t make you have rough shits, eating 6 items from the menu in one sitting did.

3) when I was in high school and college it was pretty popular to get Taco Bell during a night of drinking. Somebody would get a few party packs and feed 10+ people easily, so naturally people had stomach and toilet issues the next day mainly due to the alcohol but blamed it on the Taco Bell.

1

u/Dr-McLuvin 9d ago

3 is definitely partially true. I never ate Taco Bell sober until I was in my late 30s.

13

u/LickyPusser 12d ago

This and the South Park ā€œChipotle-Awayā€ episode were always baffling to me…like, Taco Bell is shit food, and Chipotle’s quality has certainly gone to shit in the last 10 years vs. how it used to be…but neither of them have ever given me or anyone I know the shits. WTF is wrong with these people?

24

u/schmooby 12d ago

it's a people who never eat fiber thing

7

u/CombinationClear5672 12d ago

i’m a non-hispanic white and i don’t get stomach problems from spicy food. regardless of whether it’s popeyes (i don’t eat taco bell), super spicy indian food, super spicy wings, i’m just used to it and it doesn’t really give me a hard time digestion wise

10

u/acrain116 12d ago

I'm white as shit and have never had an issue with TBell or any other fast and/or spicy food. So I fully agree with you that it's strange to me when people claim that the food causes problems. It's an interesting question though, I'd be interested to see if there really is a trend along cultural lines.

4

u/LetsGoGators23 11d ago

I think a lot of white people (as a white person) don’t eat hardly any beans. Beans cause gastro pain if you don’t eat them regularly. Many foods with beans when we do it them, are spicy. So we have gastro pain and sometimes a spicy zing to boot along with it and now we think spicy foods give us the poops.

I love beans and spicy foods and actually get more issues when I eat too much pizza/cheese or oily foods. Indian food is eaten several times a week in our family too so we are just bean forward compared to the standard white American family.

1

u/BomBiddyByeBye 11d ago

Damn dude that might be it. Thanks for the insight.

5

u/Accurate_Cricket_142 12d ago

Nah not a white person thing I grew up around mexicans and they would say it gave them chorro

3

u/RealParticular5057 11d ago

I think its britons that have an aversion to pepper. saw it on a tiktok meme

2

u/OuiGotTheFunk 12d ago

Happy Cake day!

1

u/BomBiddyByeBye 12d ago

Thank you!!

3

u/avelineaurora 12d ago

No. I'm white as a sheet and I've never had so much as a gurgle from the Bell. Big fan of their spiciest sauces too (not that that's a high bar, just saying--it ain't the heat either lol)

1

u/You-Asked-Me 12d ago

There is nothing at Taco bell that is spicy though, unless you put sauce on it. I also don't understand how it is taco bells fault if you cannot tolerate spicy food, and then put a bunch of hot sauce on it yourself.

1

u/evanjahlynn 8d ago

The only time I’ve ever had that experience as a white person was when I had pho for the first time. I went with some pros and remember doing it up real big! It was so good, I ate the whole damn thing when usually I’m a small, frequent snacker.

Man, sorry for the TMI but something about all the spicy liquid in a short time span was ROUGH. I had never experienced violently pissing out of my ass multiple times throughout the night, I thought I was going to die. It was right up there with my 24-hour flu experience. Feeling like you’re going to die by melting out through your butthole is definitely a life changing experience.

But anywaysssss… I never got that from Taco Bell though. That being said, people be weak and I need this hat.

-6

u/Jolly-Refuse2232 12d ago

Careful your racism is showing

10

u/BomBiddyByeBye 12d ago

Just genuine curiosity. As I said before, this trend confuses me. Like I’ve gone on Taco Bell binges man where I’d buy like 20 bucks worth of that nonsense and just wolf it all down. And when I say 20 bucks, I’m talking 20 bucks back when that would buy you half the menu lol. Anyway, it hit me just the same as any other shitty fast food lol. I didn’t crap more after eating that than any other type of cuisine. So when all these Taco Bell memes started popping up on the early Internet, I was just like what the fuck. That makes zero sense.

-3

u/Jolly-Refuse2232 12d ago

what does any of this have to do with white people

It's because it's low quality food. If you grew up eating junk food your body may be used to it, but fortunately I didn't it eat junk food to that degree and so Taco Bell never sat right with me.

It's not the spiciness, it's just oily overly processed cheap garbage. I actually had to use hot sauce in excess because my mom overcooked and underseasoned a lot of the food she made. Our ancestors used to eat raw meat, but that would make most modern humans sick. Your body develops and adjusts with whatever environment it's in. Same reason why vegans cannot just "quit" being vegans or they risk getting sick and why alcoholics can't always go cold turkey. But it doesn't help that Taco Bell is also just shitty low quality food.

I'll eat actual Mexican food or even Americanized versions like Chipotle and I'll be fine because it's not garbage. It's like buying fruit from the Dollar store. Technically edible, but should you really eat it?

14

u/BomBiddyByeBye 12d ago

Does other oily over processed garbage like McDonald’s and stuff like that mess with your digestive system as well? If so, how come I don’t really see memes about that? The point is what specifically about bland ass Taco Bell is making you people lose your minds and your guts to the point where you have bring it up every time the restaurant is discussed? It’s like come on man, Taco Bell is the bland ass mayonnaise flavored unseasoned chicken breast version of Mexican food. It’s not that serious lol

2

u/Ok-Wash4525 12d ago

Chipotle is going to nosedive into the ground soon. Paying over $10 for undercooked rice and some beans is ludicrous. Please don’t support that nonsense. Support your mom and pop shops who will give you better portions and prepared properly.

2

u/aardappelbrood 12d ago

I don't eat Chipotle, I just used to work there and get the employee meals.

28

u/Jolly_Air_5024 12d ago

It’s been my experience after 50 years in restaurant management that it’s seldom the last thing you eat that makes you sick (unless it was ipecac!). Digestive reaction takes time…It can be almost ANYTHING you’ve eaten the last 4 hrs. But people always blame the most recent food as the culprit.

11

u/Plane-Tie6392 12d ago

And a lot of the times itā€˜s norovirus they got from somewhere else. Iā€˜m with you and despise when people just automatically blame the last they ate. I mean it up to a week or more to have symptoms after eating contaminated food.

2

u/You-Asked-Me 12d ago

Especially if it's actually food poisoning, and not just "i don't like spice." It can be hard to track the source. Contamination from bad eggs or shrimp from one of 3 places is all I can guess last time I got food poisoning, which was bad, and I was on the verge of going to the ER, simply because of the dehydration.

16

u/largececelia 12d ago

Glad that we're questioning this bizarre myth. It's not gr3at food and it's not good for you, but it has never given me diarrhea.

→ More replies (4)

11

u/Imaginary_Most_7778 12d ago

I agree with this. What’s wrong with diarrhea people?

7

u/KazaamFan 12d ago

Yea i never get these jokes. Who is eating taco bell and always getting poop issues 🤣. I never do. Not with any food. The only thing that may, for me, which makes more sense, is booze, and that isn’t even always the case.Ā

2

u/Imaginary_Most_7778 12d ago

Same, but I don’t even drink anymore. Poops are sweet now.

19

u/Toronto-1975 12d ago

Starbucks coffee frappucinos are laxatives in a cup.

8

u/ThinkAboutItMyGuy 12d ago

I've never gotten diarrhea from Taco bell. Those diarrhea jokes never made sense to me, because I've never experienced it in the years that I've been eating Taco Bell

1

u/diego5377 10d ago

Plus the food has more fiber than other meals, which means if it’s actually from Taco Bell their diet is terrible from the introduction of any fiber

4

u/Saab-2007-93 12d ago

Ive gotten the Applebee's shits and mcdonalds shits but not from taco bell.

4

u/twintips_gape 12d ago

That is why no one will remember your name - Achilles/Taco Bell enthusiast

5

u/lik_a_stik 12d ago

It’s beer/alcohol shits. Don’t blame Taco Bell for your drinking problem. I certainly don’t.

4

u/Spazyk 12d ago

I have never had the shits from Taco Bell.

3

u/AnastasiusDicorus 12d ago

Lol people talk about getting the trots from long john silver's too, never happened to me.

3

u/newharlemshuffle_ 12d ago

These people and the people who try to make the McDonald’s ice cream machine not working have no original quips and should be barred from comments

3

u/humantoothx 11d ago

why are all the comments about white people and not about where to get this hat

4

u/TommyTwoTxmes 12d ago

I fuckin agree. Lol

6

u/Gullible-Raisin-2589 12d ago

Agreed! Taco Bell has never given me the runs.

5

u/Ok-Wash4525 12d ago

Thank goodness I never got sick from Taco Bell. Used to eat it pretty much every other day back in college. I wish they would bring back the ā€œGrilled Stuft Burrito.ā€ Damn that thing was so freaking good, and definitely wasn’t skimped on.

3

u/Patient_Character730 12d ago

My husband and I ate taco bell for lunch today, and we've both been fine. No stomach issues at all, and this is always the case when we eat at Taco Bell. 😊

2

u/i-love-your-hat 12d ago

I only got sick there once, but that's not bad considering I used to eat there a lot for their potato and bean burritos. Statistically I was due. I stopped going there because of the sodium.

2

u/Less-Inflation5072 12d ago

I only get diarrhea from those so-called ā€œbalanced mealsā€

2

u/rr777 12d ago

I have had poops from all the fast food stores.

2

u/circlethethird 12d ago

How much and where?

2

u/Thinkerandvaper 12d ago

That hat is EVERYTHING!

2

u/Longtonto 12d ago

If you get the shits from Taco Bell then you can’t handle your crack rock.

2

u/ReadingCanBeFunGuys 12d ago

Here I am eating it for breakfast lol

2

u/beekman57 12d ago

Where can I buy this?

2

u/Ok-Suggestion-7965 12d ago

Man I need one of those hats

2

u/You-Asked-Me 12d ago

I worked with a guy who would say things like "Taco Bell tears up my stomach."

The thing is, it did not mater what he ate, EVERY DAY at work he would spray liquid shit all over the bathroom AT LEAST TWICE a day, and then just pretend that it was normal.

I would have to do a company wide page asking whoever used the restroom, to please clean it.

He thought that this was a completely normal thing too. I kept telling him to bring it up to his doctor. Meh.

2

u/SKRIMP-N-GRITZ 12d ago

This is hilarious to me, but the thought of random people wanting to talk to me about my hat - love it or hate it - makes this a total nope for me.

2

u/APolyAltAccount 12d ago

I honestly think it’s like 50% just a meme, 30% Mandela effect, and 20% people that really truly have that terrible of a diet.

2

u/Mammoth-Garden-804 12d ago

I've never been a victim of the joke. Taco Bell doesn't make me shit all over the place.

2

u/Interesting-Rope-950 11d ago

I never understood that joke

2

u/Lavaburstx 11d ago

I have IBS and Taco Bell is on my list of things that very rarely upset my stomach

2

u/DOCTOR--O 11d ago

If a small portion of beans and some lettuce has you shitting your brains out you should probably eat more fiber

3

u/taubs1 12d ago

It's most likely the alcohol they drink before making a taco bell run.

3

u/Azcrul 12d ago

I don’t know. Alcohol and late night Taco Bell used to be its own food group back in the day and it was always a pleasant combo before bed. I swear the people who consistently post on Facebook and what not saying things like ā€œIt’s like the bathroom at Taco Bell 🤣🤣🤣!ā€ are just herp derp rednecks

5

u/Dawg605 12d ago

Yup, I often wonder this too. I concluded that they're probably unhealthy people in general, eat A TON of food from Taco Bell in one sitting, drench the food in spicy sauces, or any combination of the reasons I listed. I always only get like 1-2 spicy potato soft tacos and a cheesy gordita crunch at most, so I'm not eating 5 bean and cheese burritos or something lol. Seems like a lot of the people I see getting Taco Bell get A TON of food just for themselves.

4

u/SantaCruzSucksNow_ 12d ago

It’s funny how idiots on Reddit wear their weak, feeble digestive systems like a badge of honor. It’s bizarre.

ā€œYeah I’d be on the toilet for a week.ā€

Is that some sort of brag?

3

u/Fernand0009 12d ago

It is weird. Freaking ppl

3

u/Unable_Finger2375 12d ago

Where can i get this hat?

1

u/tromataker 12d ago

I can't vouch for the site but my Google Fu found this:

People Who Get Diarrhea Custom Embroidered Hat – Old School Hats https://share.google/cdTvsY0q0p7pnqMGd

4

u/nicisdeadpool 12d ago

Exactly I don’t what everyone else is on

4

u/PapiGoneGamer 12d ago

If you get the shits from Taco Bell then I don’t know what to tell you.

4

u/mrq69 12d ago

Wendy’s chili is the only fast food item I remember giving me diarrhea an hour after I ate it - yes, there was undigested chili in the toilet.

I went 32 days in a row eating at least one Taco Bell item and didn’t have poop issues directly from it.

2

u/SovietMercenary 12d ago

This goes so hard

2

u/assissippi 12d ago

Taco bell poops are a dog whistle

2

u/Danisdaman12 12d ago

Factually correct. These people are spreading a misinformation campaign that doesn't ever happen to normal people. Its not Chipotle. The youtubers just want to be "relatable" and pretend they are getting sick from taco bell which has been proven to have some of the highest quality control standards lol.

2

u/Colorado-Keebs 12d ago

This ain’t the flex y’all regulars think it is lmfao

1

u/sizhuii 12d ago

I built my spice tolerance myself by competing with my peers at a younger age because the people around me were eating spicy food like nothing while I was struggling to even eat a little bit of spice. Eating more definitely helps building tolerance.

1

u/TairyGreene716 12d ago

The only food that consistently destroys me is spicy popeyes. And im from buffalo and love hot wings etc.

1

u/skeightytoo 12d ago

I mean, anything you eat ends up out the other way. Taco Bell was never any different from any other meal I had. Now if you bring alfredo sauce into the mix, that's a whole other miserable story as to why I don't eat that anymore, regardless of how delicious it is.

1

u/DraftCommercial8848 12d ago

Only had it once from not eating much that day and then eating it with extra sauce on it + a bunch of wine on the side lol

Literally bowel cleanser

1

u/Frontiercraft_MC 12d ago

I will say I have gotten Panda Express shits before, but never TB

1

u/BANTxMAN 12d ago

You're clearly not doing it right. Did you order just a cup of water?

1

u/Forever_Marie 12d ago

I've only ever had food poisoning from KFC and Churches chicken.

1

u/NMazer 12d ago

Same!

1

u/Few-Independence3787 12d ago

I do sometimes if I order alot but for me it's more likely it's surprisingly McDonalds that gives me more poops on average, even if I order a little. Taco Bell to be specific I'd have to order a couple of burritos and then a nacho box or BellGrande then my stomach's cooked. To be fair I do need to eat more fiber more often bc I always forget to.

1

u/DarkWolFoxStar16 12d ago

I think maybe once but that's because I had like bunch of food one thing being the beef and beef burrito

1

u/Th4ab 12d ago

Might just be people overeating in general when they go to taco bell. It's actually a low residue and usually low fodmap menu too if you avoid tomatoes and beans. It should be the most agreeable kind of food to the digestive system, provided you don't have celiacs. But if you did you would say a slice of pizza or bread tears you up too.

1

u/OuiGotTheFunk 12d ago

So any massive change in diet can cause some people to get the shits. I remember when I went to the Army and the food was perfectly safe but I got the shits. After a week I was fine.

1

u/azul360 12d ago

That was me. Stopped eating their meat (switched to potatoes) and stopped doing their nacho cheese and suddenly no diarrhea XD. My bloodline is weak though and I would be pretty alright with it being forgotten XD.

1

u/azul360 12d ago

That was me. Stopped eating their meat (switched to potatoes) and stopped doing their nacho cheese and suddenly no diarrhea XD. My bloodline is weak though and I would be pretty alright with it being forgotten XD.

1

u/Brnwsh_916 12d ago

I get the shits from wingstop ranch, or pizza cheese, but never taco bell. its the Mexican in me

1

u/spacepeenuts 11d ago

I actually get quite constipated when I eat there, sometimes for 2-3 days, I cant even eat there too much. I always lol when I read the taco bell poop jokes.

1

u/Mobile-Plankton7088 11d ago

Happened to me recently. Taco Bell messed up and gave me an even fatter guys order. I ate everything and regretted it shortly after

1

u/FrenchDipsBeDrippin 11d ago

Just crushed a Doritos Locos Taco, a crunchy taco, a Crunchwrap, two chalupas, and a cheesy gordita crunch. I do it for my family.

1

u/PuffinTipProducts 11d ago

True Ha… let me get 14 Naked Chicken chalupaā€˜s with extra sauce Haaaaa.

1

u/MrMiniNuke 11d ago

I’ve eaten Taco Bell all my life and never had any bowel issues until I became lactose intolerant a month ago. It sucks so much. lol

1

u/EvenStevens4201 11d ago

It’s when you’ve been drinking with the boys all night and one of you return from Taco Bell at 1:00 am with 2 12 pack boxes of hard and soft shell tacos. That’s when it hits

1

u/Jolly_Air_5024 11d ago

I forgot to add in my original post that one has a much greater chance getting sick from home cooking than eating out. All restaurants are at least seen by the Board Of Health and have corporate standards that must be rigorously followed to avoid being disenfranchised. At home, odds are there are no temperatures checks, different cutting boards to avoid cross contamination, vinyl gloves, hand washing logs, etc. I’ve heard the sponge or scrubby pad used for dish washing and counter cleaning at home is a huge source for harmful bacteria….

1

u/04BluSTi 11d ago

I ate 13 soft tacos in one sitting once. I was fine.

1

u/rangusmcdangus69 11d ago

The jokes made sense to me because Taco Bell has given me the shits before. Not every time, but it has. Not sure why. Might I add I have IBS lol

1

u/VictoriaDallon 10d ago

Jokes on you, I have IBS so my diarrhea predates any Taco Bell ingestion!

1

u/Airas_Da_angel 10d ago

I used to think this was weird how people get Taco Bell poops. But it must be from the beans if they get that. Other than that, maybe they are slightly lactose intolerant and don’t know. Maybe it’s the hot sauce. Who knows really

I encounter all kinds of weird food related reactions online. I have never gotten diarrhea from taco bell. And a surprising amount of people say dairy causes them problems. Never happens to me. Maybe y'all need to get checked for lactose intolerance. Also I always thought that the people who get taco bell shits just order really spicy food maybe and that's what causes it but that's just how I explained that phenomenon to myself. Idk

I’ve never had this problem either

I’ve gotten the shits at much nicer places. Never the bell

This hits hard since I can't eat it without sitting on a toilet

i never got sick from taco bell although i am vegan so i am used to eating lots of fiber i guess

Right?! The hell is wrong with them?!

1

u/Papichuloft 10d ago

It's the beans. High in fiber and thus stimulate "shit" to move....literally.

I second this.

Fact: if you have a diverse diet, Taco Bell is fine.

I’m lactose, so almost anything will ā€œblow it upā€ for me.

I need to know where you got this hat from

Nothings from Taco Bell gives me the shits besides the chicken power bowl. Literally every time I eat it, 2-3 hours later I’m squirting out my ass. Sucks cuz that’s one of my favorite things to get cuz it’s so damn good and low on calories. It might be the sauce

Conspiracy time; this was a rumor started by the folks at McDonald’s because they saw the market share being eaten up. Look it up.

Maybe you need to try their all new Cantina shits.

I don’t think I’ve had this issue either, but Taco Bell is gross and overpriced. You can get a much better takeaway meal from a local Mexican place for the same price… there’s no reason to eat this haphazardly assembled soggy pile of slop unless it’s the only thing open/nearby.

Mexican and Chinese food ( the good authentic kind) are mine.

That's my secret Cap, I always have diarrhea.

It’s such a tired joke! That and anything about ā€œblinker fluid.ā€ I immediately right off people as too dull to have a conversation with

Man I feel sorry for people who's stomach's can't handle taco bell. I can eat a crunchwrap supreme with severel ingredients and a few other options and not feel sick.

1

u/The-Mad-Bubbler 7d ago

Me neither.

u/sagittariuslegend 6d ago

I think it's just a lactose tolerance thing.

Me neither, but have u looked up what’s in their ā€œbeefā€ - it’s wild AF

1

u/ElrondCupboard 12d ago

OP, how old are you? I never got them either but then I turned 30.

2

u/thepioushedonist 12d ago

I mean, I just turned 35, still never had an issue. Unless you count the times I ate taco bell after a night of drinking. But it's really hard to pin that on the food lol.

Taco Bell is the only fast food that is kind to my stomach tbh.

u/JCDenton2013 12d ago

I miss 90s Taco Bell.

1

u/FactSuper5327 11d ago

I came across a person that said she used to work at Taco Bell and their meat came in a powder form. And and they would just add water to the beans and beef. She said never to eat there.

Why are people surprised that heavily processed foods can fuck up your stomach? How is this even a question lol?
