Discussion What is so great about Chick-fil-A???

I travel 100% for my job. I travel all over the USA. I have been all over the East coast, West coast, Southeast and Midwest and every Chick-Fil-A i pass is packed with cars, Cars lined up in the drive-thru. What is so great about this place? I have had it a few times and don't see what is so great that people line up to buy it.

I agree with most of this, even your preference of Popeyes. Buuuut, at least around here, Popeyes is a game of roulette. Will your order be correct? Probably not. Will you have to pull over into a parking space and wait 15 minutes? Most certainly. If it all lines up and you get what you wanted, it's great.

I find this as well, and oddly where I'm at in Texas, there are at least three Chick-fil-A's closer to me than the closest Popeyes.

And you still won't get your blackened ranch.

Blackened ranch are kept in the fridge so you have to ask again at the window if you want to reliably get it (my experience).

The local Popeye's are very slow getting the order out, and 50/50 chance it will be right.

I do like Popeyes. My system is to order online or from the dining room, pickup from the dining room, and then check everything before I leave. If something is wrong I get it changed. While waiting I amuse myself by listening to the surly service, the staff arguments, and the occasional hoots of laughter.
