Discussion What is so great about Chick-fil-A???

I travel 100% for my job. I travel all over the USA. I have been all over the East coast, West coast, Southeast and Midwest and every Chick-Fil-A i pass is packed with cars, Cars lined up in the drive-thru. What is so great about this place? I have had it a few times and don't see what is so great that people line up to buy it.

Their franchise owners actually care about their stores. Chick Fil A has strict standards for their franchisees

Also, the employees look like they're also being taken care of well too, there's like a million people working and I've seen how much they get paid too.

Yeah you just watch the employees and can tell if they’re happy or not working there. Angry employees don’t make a business good.

Wages in my area at CFA are much better than other fastfood places.

Their pay is great it’s upwards of $20 a hour starting.
