Discussion What is so great about Chick-fil-A???

I travel 100% for my job. I travel all over the USA. I have been all over the East coast, West coast, Southeast and Midwest and every Chick-Fil-A i pass is packed with cars, Cars lined up in the drive-thru. What is so great about this place? I have had it a few times and don't see what is so great that people line up to buy it.

Their franchise owners actually care about their stores. Chick Fil A has strict standards for their franchisees

Franchisees can't own more than one store and they can't have another daytime job. That guarantees they have skin in the game and are onsite.

Operators can actually operate more than one store now but it’s still pretty rare.

The two in my town are owned by the same couple (although only one is listed as owner on the signage). They met in high school while both were working at Chik Fil A

Is one technically owned by one spouse and the other the other spouse?

My operator has 2 stores!! And he’s at the stores pretty much everyday.
