Discussion What is so great about Chick-fil-A???

I travel 100% for my job. I travel all over the USA. I have been all over the East coast, West coast, Southeast and Midwest and every Chick-Fil-A i pass is packed with cars, Cars lined up in the drive-thru. What is so great about this place? I have had it a few times and don't see what is so great that people line up to buy it.

It’s extremely consistent. It’s not fantastic but you know what you’re gunna get. People like that reliability.

Lots of fast food places do not have anywhere close the same level of consistency.

I would say the quality is fantastic, not just consistent. They are a tier or two above any other fast food place in about everything they offer, except fries. Only Popeyes comes close in a chicken sandwich.

I think the consensus is good quality, good service, good food. I’ll buy that!

They’ve also quietly branded themselves as a good Christian organization. That’s himophobic. That goes a long way with some people
