McD's fries haven't been good since they stopped using the beef fat or whatever.

The claims that seed oils are bad for you have been debunked and are actually beneficial since they have unsaturated fats while beef tallow is high in saturated fat and should be consumed in moderation. So I think it’s good that they replaced the tallow with vegetable oils and beef flavoring.
