Grey screen?

Sorry I’ve tried every forum restarting etc but can’t seem to get a solution. When I restart I can see the logo appearing so it’s not a hdmi issue. But then it just turns to full grey? I’ve tried installing the app to see if it would connect but no good. Been like this a few days

If you bought the tv from amazon, get the serial # of the tv and contact customer service.

I got it chipped so idk if that would be a issue 😭
