Applying in WA State

Post image

Thoughts on these? It was my 2nd go, I've got experience as a 911 EMT, Wildland FF with the Forest Service, and Ski Patrol as well.

In general, you’re in a good place but you’d probably benefit from retaking next chance to see if you can bump across the board.

Keep in mind, every department selects their own score thresholds across the board depending on their specific interpretation of what testable items mean about the candidates. I’d expect you should still get interviews with those scores.

You probably need your video score to be higher. And in WA, about half of the departments hire off of the PST test. Which is a bit more difficult. Some others (mostly Pierce county) hires off of their own test that they administer.

Your test scores will definitely get you interviews. I got a job with scores similar to yours.

Mine looked like that and i got a 97. So many people score high on these that the middle is getting 1 question wrong haha. My bet is that you're low 90's. Which is good. Group 1 material hahaha.
