I’m studying to become a firefighter in Brazil but here it is a little different, we do a test ( intellectual and physical) and then some are selected to start firefighter school supported by the government. I passed the intellectual test and now I waiting to do the physical test. I want to know about more options to become a firefighter because it’s my dream even if it takes to move over seas and I hope you may help me. Are brazilian courses accepted by Fire Department in job applications? Can I get a visa resident if I get a job? Am I able to apply to an online employment application? Is it rude?

Does anyone have a link or know the pay scale for entry firefighter for Puget Sound Regional Fire in Washington? Only thing I can find is 5,500 a month, but that’s more than 10 years old.
