MVA

A head on collision resulting from a high speed chase. White vehicle was traveling at about 100mph while the suv was probably traveling at 75mph. 7 DOAs if I'm correct.

That's horrible. I feel for the families.

Buddy, don't post stuff like this. It was probably illegal for you to take the pics, depending on your state. If you want to share, share an article about the incident.

I always leave my phone in the apparatus when I get to a scene. I pulled these pictures from social media the following day. Before we left the scene, the constable from the town over had already posted pictures, and his 2 cents. The state troopers are always seeing who's taking pictures for future needs if necessary.

Nice. Glad to hear you're up on this stuff and my apologies for the assumption.

Also, I'm really sorry you had to go through that. Talk to people you know about it. If you don't have anyone, feel free to PM me any time. Working through death or other traumatic experiences is going to make you a healthier person at home.

Appreciate what you've said and the advice you've given. Fortunately for my department, we have an EMT that is a licensed trauma therapist. After any call that is bad, he will sit down with whoever responded and talk about it after a couple of days have passed.
