Hello! Sadly I can’t make it to the show tomorrow. My girlfriend broke her foot and isn’t very mobile at the moment, so we won’t be able to go to the show.

I’ve seen the Lips at the Santa Barbara Bowl two times before and it’s an amazing venue for an amazing band! If anyone needs tickets, send me a DM! I’ve got two seats in Section I, Row N.

They're headed to my neck of the woods next week, are they good? Last time I saw them was in 2011 and they played a mix of Embryonic, Mystics and Dark Side of the Moon tracks. Not stoked on the set lists I'm seeing and the ticket isn't cheap. I know Steven isn't there, but I think once he left the drums his live performances could be seriously hit or miss, always trying to do a little too much (imo). Is the new band a bit tighter?

Howdy gang. How can I get StubHub to refund tickets and fees ($445 total) if StubHub won’t recognize that the Flaming Lips cancelled the show? They have a refund policy with this apparent loophole. I sent screenshots and a link to the announcement on the groups Facebook page but that wasn’t enough. Any advice appreciated!

Hello all, I’m new to this subreddit but I’m a longtime Lips fan. I was fortunate enough to get tickets to two of the Space Bubble Concerts in 2021. Was a fun road trip from Chicago to OKC with good friends. Somehow I missed the release of the Space Bubble Concert Film a year later, and it now appears to be unavailable anywhere… can anyone please help locate this? I fucking love the flaming lips, I've seen them live so many times. Has anyone actually met Wayne Coyne? I've heard so many people say he's an asshole

I've wanted to see Flaming Lips since the 90's, finally got to earlier this month in Cincinnati (it was amaaaazing!), and now I'm on a FL bender, lol!

Yoshimi was the album that got me hooked, and searching online, I found a Blu ray version available. I tried finding out what it's like, but some sites describe it as an "audio Blu ray," some reviews commented cryptically on "visuals," and others led me to believe it was a collection of different short films.

Is it the original audio, but remastered? What is the video element of it like, concert footage? Or maybe the super freaking cool "visuals" that play behind the band on the big LED screen?
