Oooh this looks great! Did you cook the eggs in a baking sheet?

I did 🙌

Nice!! Work smarter, not harder!

Also baked the bacon on cookie sheet covered in heavy duty AL foil. Made cleanup a breeze

That's what I do, too! It's so much easier!

Does that affect the texture poorly? Like too rubbery or dry?

Didn’t taste rubbery for me. Perhaps because it was a thin layer

How did the cheese manage to get on top of the muffin?

Fantastic looking. Well done. I’ve just finished getting burned out on muffins and have started biscuits but this would be the first choice if I had a brekky sandwich

That is an inappropriate amount of cheese. I want one!

What’s pepper Jack?

Better explained by Google than me lol:

Pepper Jack cheese is a semi-soft cheese, a variation of Monterey Jack cheese, that is infused with spicy peppers like jalapeños and red bell peppers, giving it a zesty flavor with a moderate level of heat. It has a delicate, buttery, and slightly tart taste, with a smooth, open texture that makes it versatile for dishes like quesadillas, sandwiches, and burgers, or as a standalone snack with crackers.
