[Homemade] Blackened Mahi and grilled corn

I don't like how the smell of cooking fish get stuck in the house so I like to make my blackened fish on the grill. Sometimes I grill it but I like the crispy crust I get from cooking it in cast iron with lots of butter.

That looks absolutely perfect! that crispy crust on the mahi looks incredible and the corn is making me hungry.
