Seasoned chicken breast pan fried in a cast iron skillet, roasted potatoes, with fresh corn kernels.

Kinda lazy dinner, but atleast I caught it myself:)

herb crusted lamb chops with Greek style lemon potatoes, arugula salad and a red wine sauce

Pecorino romano (I admit that the cheese on top should have been more finely grated) - smoked duck lardons - 1 whole egg and 2 yolks - pepper

First time trying this. Used vine ripe tomatoes, yellow onion, green bells, garlic, cumin, turmeric, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne.

Garnished with feta, fresh cilantro, and green onion.

No frying, no mess! Delicious, they “hoovered” all of it, no leftovers darn it!
