NO SPOILERS Pointless bartender on “Triple Threat”

Why is she there but to add to the contrived studio/bar setting? The Bobby Flay shows are so overproduced with the fake engagement and the unnecessary angst about how everyone there wants Flay to lose.

Also, did she have some kind of facial injury? Looks like her face is caved in.

Her name is Ginn, and Bobby has introduced her before. She’s actually known for high end cocktails in New York City.
