Why is she there but to add to the contrived studio/bar setting? The Bobby Flay shows are so overproduced with the fake engagement and the unnecessary angst about how everyone there wants Flay to lose.

Also, did she have some kind of facial injury? Looks like her face is caved in.

It’s supposed to resemble a speakeasy. It’s meant to be secretive and alluring. If we all know the bar keeps name, she could get arrested.

It is just meant to be a part of the theme.
