TBF, this is precisely because homelessness isn’t a problem in Poland that this kind of infrastructure does and can exist. 

Believe me, if there was a drug addict, a homeless drunk, or especially a non-european foreigner squatting on that bench it would be a big problem and the community would fix it in one way or another.
