Why the Fall 2025 registration re opened?

The phase 2 registration is supposed to end last Friday August 22 at 4:00pm ET. But I just noticed that it allows to register again from yesterday August 23?

So, Tech is generally on the bleeding edge of adopting technology. The flip side of it is that a lot of the tech, from IT to lab equipment, is basically prototypes. OSCAR was ancient when I did my undergrad 20 years ago.

With regards to registration, this school has always been a shitshow. It’s just pure chaos you’ll get used to it eventually

The reason I posted this question is I would like to know if I could change classes even after passing the 8/22 4:00pm ET phase 2 registration deadline (without causing any trouble)...
