I am thinking of applying to the MPH program with a concentration in Global Health. I can’t find anything about it online and was wondering what the average admitted gpa is. I feel like my gpa is too low to get into any good programs in Canada as every school seems to talk about a "holistic" process while almost exclusively admitting students with a gpa above 3.7 not sure if it’s the same with this program. Can someone enlighten me?

I enrolled today for Liu’s class so I already missed two lectures. Can someone send me their notes please. I am in section C. I was actually enrolled in Zarepour’s class but I felt that he doesn’t really teach well. He provides the notes only during class and after, so I can’t even review the topic before class. I would take pictures of the slides and add my notes on them. Also he spends a lot of time on explaining useless concepts to the course like what is a recessive or dominant allele. He seems like a nice guy but his teaching method isn’t my style.

Am I doing a mistake by switching from Zarepour to Liu?

I’m considering taking BIO 2137 (Intro to Plant Science) as an elective. My main question is: Would BIO 2137 still count as a valid biology course with lab for dental school prereqs?

Hi guys! 😊 All my classes have 150+ people, and it feels a little awkward trying to start conversations on the spot. I’d really love to make friends though! I don’t live on res (my parents bought me an apartment since they weren’t comfortable with residence), and I don’t party or drink, but I’m in Health Sci and hope to go into medicine in the future.

Anyone know when the lockers in Marion are gonna be up for sale? I've checked the website and SSA social media multiple times, even tried to lock a locker on Friday but most are bolted or jammed. They went on sale on the 9th last year but absolute crickets so far and I need one for labs.
