Question What is your most/least favorite Samurai stance?
Stone stance is definitely my favorite because of the sequences. My least favorite would be wind stance because I cannot spearmen, but it is also the flashiest imo.

My favorite in gameplay is Stone - I love killing enemies with thrusts. I do prefer how Wind looks though, I just wish it had a better charged attack. Not a fan of the kick.
I don't like the visuals of Water but I do use it to kill shield enemies. Switch off of it pretty quickly though because the over head look annoys me.
I absolutely hate Moon. Don't like how he holds the sword and don't like the heavy attacks. And it just seems completely unnecessary to me - Only shield brutes are annoying and I use Water stance on them anyway

Probably the pro feudalism stance is my least favorite.
Filial piety is dope though.

I like the one for the heavies because holding the sword way out one handed is rad…I don’t…moon stance I looked it up

Water is my favourite for practical regions, but Wind is my favourite for looks. Moon is my least because I don't use Moon Master Cancel and without that it's terrible at killing.

I basically just stuck to water. I find wind to be the worst, though kicking people off cliffs is great. I just find it the least useful.

Moon and water stances might be my favourite since the charged water stance 5 slashes are really good for (stagger)damage and moon master cancel looks cool and actually has quite a bit AOE that can sometimes hit multiple enemies simultaneously.

Brute seems completely pointless to me since the Brutes can still be staggered with other stances like water since they usually have shield. Plus the stances that are not Brute will work on other enemy archetypes

I never understand what the left one (moon?) is used for. Sometimes I see enemies with shields, but the right one (stone?) doesn't seem to have an effect, so I try left. Another time, left seems less effective. Is left just for the "Hulks" of the enemies and their weapons/shields don't matter?

If i remember well: My favorite is the water one since you have a lot of nice finishers and it feel smooth. My least favorite is probably the last one, the ultra slow one that have very very little variety of attacks.

My favorite is Stone, mainly because the way Jin holds his sword during it looks the most natural. My least favorite is Moon for the opposite reason. Why does he hold his sword like that? It really bugs me.

Stone and Water I would say are tied. Stone staying true to its name is very traditional and rigid (I love the thrusts too). While Water is a little more fluid, the triple heavy anti shield swings are my favorite of the stance. Stone and Water tend to be my most used though as I default to Stone.

Wind stance is the best bc u can knock down every single enemy except for brutes with the kick then just finish them off while they are getting up

Favorite: Stone and Water.
Least: Moon and Wind
Moon and Wind feel weird to use compared to the other 2

The two I use most is definitely Water and Stone stance, sometimes I forget altogether to switch to the other two. Water is definitely my biggest winner, especially for the heavy combo.
Moon stance is overall my least favorite, sometimes the kicks in the heavy attacks feel like I'm doing nothing, and the way Jin holds the sword just looks so goofy. I only use it if I really have to.

Water stance against bow users is peak cinema.
Run towards them, dodge/deflect, and triangle + triangle for the kill
Moon stance is my least favorite because of how awkward it looks

Water is my favorite, very flowy, and destroys guards so easily when you have gosakus armor.
My least favorite is the one for brute enemies, you stick your arm out weird and look like a rotisserie chicken getting dewinged, and on top of that, its slow and mainly uses kicks, very stupid imo.

Water and Moon are my fav stances by far, water is versatile ASF and moon is so flashy with a higher skill ceiling. I almost never touch the others.

Water is my favourite, followed by Stone, and Wind. Ending a duel with a Stone thrust that skewers the opponent, or a Wind spinning slash, is just pure cinema.
Moon is my least favourite. You wouldn't do kicks in a sword duel unless you want to lose your feet.
