I’d describe it as videos that end right before the main moment of action. Most videos that are uploaded to this channel fit that description, and not yours.

Some of us expected the puzzle pieces, and if it didn't show it then we wouldn't know if it was the puzzles pieces or the device
Search "satisfaction" on this sub and also look at the comments on most of the videos when they don't get to find out what happens.
Cutting the video slightly earlier would have denied viewers seeing two things instead of just one, if it was puzzle pieces or the device and her reaction, so would have been a double denial.
Not sure how many different ways I can say some of us were expecting puzzle pieces and cutting that off would have denied the satisfaction of knowing for sure.
