That's not why we have posted speed limits. Posted the speed limits are there to keep the regular driving public from bumping into each other other.

It's the same thing with padlocks. If a criminal wants to break in to your shit that has a padlock on it, then they're gonna break into your shit that has a padlock on it.

Criminals gonna crime.
