Probably drunk or intoxicated, would make a good advert for it either way. I very much doubt the rider survived this! Probably, came off, collided with something like a curb and wall as they were flying or sliding across the ground. Maybe even decapitated themselves on something, these things happen. Could of even killed a pedestrian in the process.
Bro is 100% seriously injured but can see him surviving that. Seen a motorcycle video with a semi head on but again severely life alternative changes will occur if he didn't die in video afterwards
Yeah best case scenario he could just skid along the pavement with bruises and asphalt burns. But that would be incredibly lucky it’s definitely more likely to be something more serious or fatal.
