Probably drunk or intoxicated, would make a good advert for it either way. I very much doubt the rider survived this! Probably, came off, collided with something like a curb and wall as they were flying or sliding across the ground. Maybe even decapitated themselves on something, these things happen. Could of even killed a pedestrian in the process.
Bro is 100% seriously injured but can see him surviving that. Seen a motorcycle video with a semi head on but again severely life alternative changes will occur if he didn't die in video afterwards
(but preferably, would rather be smart enough to not do this, to end up like that where I have to live in either constant pain or death, but being smart is a privilege apparently.)
