He is ether dead or in constant pain for the rest of his life. and there is no in between.

Would rather be dead at that point honestly

(but preferably, would rather be smart enough to not do this, to end up like that where I have to live in either constant pain or death, but being smart is a privilege apparently.)

I barrel rolled the car, went through a fence and flipped the thing nose over tail.

it most certainly didn't buff out.
