Hannafords carries this in the deli section. I found its best to cook it straight in whatever sauce you're using otherwise they can fall apart easily when stirring them in after they're cooked

Whole Foods has carried fresh gf pasta for 10+ years. The restaurant down the street from us in CA makes it fresh every day.

These are quite good. It’s amazing how quickly the cook… just don’t over cook them, they’ll fall apart. The fettuccine is great too.

Yes! And I think a gentle boil is best, as a full one can kinda make them fall apart.

My Publix has these but in the freezer. My kid loves the spinach and cheese so it is a win win for us. Never seen them in the refrigerated though!

Costco was selling them then stopped. They’re at my local Meijer’s now though!

This is my go to, I dice up bacon or use pancetta and then while the tortelloni are boiling I add pesto (usually half a container), more garlic and minced shallots if I have them. When the pasta is ready (4 min) I drain then toss in the pesto pan and turn up the heat. I let them get a little crispy on one side and then they’re done!

I have yet to figure out exactly why, but for some reason these almost instantly make my stomach go crazy. Truly a mystery, and a bummer because they are delicious

Is it the cheese?

Maybe? I am lactose intolerant but use lactaid pills whenever I have dairy to avoid issues, but even with the pills these things still get me.

My favorite. Unfortunately I can only find it at Target now and I refuse to pay the $8 they want.

You really can’t! I have an unopened package of the linguine. Haven’t tried it yet.

You can also find this in Natural Grocers if you have one in your area. I've stocked up on the lasagna noodles. They keep pretty decently when frozen. Had to make an abundance of food to take with me on a family road trip last year and made mini lasagnas. It was an excellent decision, and I don't regret the time time I spent making several small options and a full on pan of lasagna. Even freezes well after meal prep!

I love getting the linguini and making fancu spaghetti! The cauliflower ravioli is also really good (I prefer its texture and taste to the TJ's brand, but TJ's brand is good as well).
