how did the cross get on Mori's chest again? Sry it's been a year or 2 since I've finished reading and forgor. Was it from Mujin's attack that just stayed there?

Mujin's attack created a cavity in his chest.
Then he left the cross to his daughter,who gave that to mori

Bro same, seeing The Executives talking about how they won't lose to the gods again, only for BASE MORI, no artifacts, no multipliers, to just dog walk them was amazing.

Dan letting Dean know who he's dealing with was a pretty fun read too. I also liked Dan going off on the next gen executives and letting them know they're still nowhere near his level.

I don't think they compare to the final fight.
Just the sheer poetic ness of the fight, 2 gods born from different paths is just too iconic.

That’s fair, it’s my favorite fight too, but you can’t say Mori V Daewi isn’t close.
You gotta remember what Daewi was fighting for and how he hadn’t said a word about it to anyone. Like I said, it’s just my opinion but those are goats too.

Alot of daewi fights like vs mori, ryong,the priests Mira vs deer Mori hui vs the king Dusik vs gen x Q fight fight are a rarity so like all of them Ahan vs mori jung Mori dan vs maria Alexander's kid Dean vs mori Dan

Mori’s 1v3 in the tournament is still top for me
Seeing be so mad yet so calm was peak

Tbh Ragnarok was my all time favorite arc. Satan vs Mori. Daewi vs Zeus. Absolute peak

My favorite is probably Mori vs Sujin Lee. Pure martial arts on a crumbling planet was epic, plus the flashbacks to their parents fighting made it feel super impactful, tying the whole fight together. We get to see the history of their schools of martial arts and the parallels and differences between them. A very cool fight overall that I think is underrated!
