How strong was king really?

While on my run I remembered how we never really knew kings full power and I was wondering what his true abilities might’ve been and if you guys might know? People have been said to be equal to him but I was wondering what the full extent of his abilities are?

In the past, i think he was the second strongest, with tathagata being the 1st, the fox being 3rd and Mori being 4th

I dont know about the fox being stronger than mori
