How strong was king really?

While on my run I remembered how we never really knew kings full power and I was wondering what his true abilities might’ve been and if you guys might know? People have been said to be equal to him but I was wondering what the full extent of his abilities are?

I believe it was when the king had sent out the fox to go capture him at the time, I might be wrong let me check
