Garou can do that because of cosmic radiation shi. Saitama has non physical interaction. Okhwang can just cut through them. Tathagata can use fate manip to defeat them. And they outscale the OPM characters vastly

Cosmic radiation is only part of the abilities, as is the control of space-time. The source of all powers is the knowledge of all the secrets of the universe given by God. And Saitama interacted with wormholes. Reread the manga.

Wormhole interaction is npi or hdi. And even then the GOH duo outscale vastly
