I don't see any info about being able to transfer your progress if you've played on PS5 or XBOX Series consoles, I'll still play it on PC, but I've put too much time on PS5 to want to switch fully to the PC version.

I was bummed when I bought GTA on Steam recently and couldn't transfer from Xbox but I'm having alot of fun starting over. It made me also realize how much stuff I barely used.

Thats what I said bc I couldn't transfer my ps4 prog to ps5, so I just did a fresh restart on ps5 and it really doesn't feel bad to start over with the initial business you choose plus other free stuff at the start now.

You used to be able to transfer characters to the newer gens, don't know why they stopped it.

They let it run for a while for existing customers so they wouldn't be in a bad light, then they shut it down to make more money from new purchases.

Man, I’m still play a bit here and now on Xbox one! I wish I could transfer my progress from there to PC, especially with the amount of time and effort I’ve put into my character

Same, I transfered my character to Series X but I don't have gamepass and I switched to PC
