Banned from spinning the wheel
I don't know if this is a glitch or if rockstar flagged me because I won the car twice in a row, but I can't spin the wheel anymore and there is no podium vehicle. I'm not exploiting and I'm barely ever on enough to really do much other than do maybe a quick job to boost my nightclub or tell my people to get crates for my business. Can anyone help me?

You can definitely spin still after winning the car, and multitudes of people win the car every week (that they want) by spinning and quitting until they get the car. So this needs to be some kind of country based restriction

So annoying to do on PC tho. Since before quitting theres a confirmation screen. Using task manager overrides this, but then i need to wait for Steam

Even better than task manager. Go to your PC’s settings, search for developer settings. In there turn on “end task”. Now you will be able to close an app instantly by right clicking on the app in the task bar and select end task.

use resource monitor opened i think through the performance tab in task manager, you can use it to end the process immediately without having to wait

Other people have already suggested more reliable ways to force quit, but if you're on one of the PC versions you should be able to much more reliably cut your net before it finishes spinning to prevent a save anyway. I just disable my ethernet port from my system settings, personally.
It's also physically close enough to me that I could just yank it out if I reach over my armrest, but that's not a great idea for wear and tear IMO.

Probably? Mine's a desktop and doesn't have such a setting afaik, and also I never bothered connecting it via wifi to begin with.

It still takes a few seconds from the time you unplug your Ethernet to actually lose signal tho. It never works for me. I actually just don’t win any prize and it says I’ve already spun.

That's happened to me once or twice, but since then I've started unplugging before it stops moving and haven't personally encountered the issue since.

Just disconnect internet when you can see it won't land on car and reconnect once loaded into storymode.

I've won the car at least 25 times since I started playing.
Also have won it twice in 1 week but you just get 25k or something like that for hitting it again. Not banned

I hit it on two different cars though, so I don't know if it flagged me for that or they thought I was using exploits.

I earned the car every week for about 3-4 months and several times landed on the car spot multiple times in those weeks. Hitting on 2 cars in back to back weeks isn't getting you banned. With my gta+ 2 spins per day last week I actually landed on the car twice in a day. Did your province/ state/country recently enact antigambling laws? That would be my guess as to why you're banned.

I did it a few weeks ago, won the car the last day of that current week (Wednesday) then for the new week I won the vehicle on the 1st day (Thursday) and IIRC I landed on the car on the weekend & got the basic reward 20k & rp (I think). I don't see how you can be banned on a RNG part of an online game.
Maybe write to R* support to see why?

Are you using a VPN? some countries like Poland don't allow gambling. Just switch to another country and restart the game

Yeah for some reason reddit made my image this. I even tried changing my outfit and it didn't work. But I like playing men in games because people don't mess with me or spam me as often

Exactly, a lot of misinformation in the comments.
If they were able to previously play the lucky wheel then it’s pretty unlikely their country just had some gambling restrictions.

You can spin the wheel even if you already won the car, if you land on the car again you get some money instead

In the fucking classic movie "Vegas Vacation", Clark's son, Rusty, goes on a fucking legendary winning streak while the rest of the family strikes out.
He wins like 5 cars in the movie. All just by spinning big wheels at random casinos. At the very end, the whole family drives off into the sunset each driving a new car Rusty won.
This gif is from the movie, but there isn't one of Rusty winning all the cars and saying the quote I commented, so I went with this one.

No. Every time I quit I've quit from outside of my business on the other side of the city or my nightclub which is by the beach. I barely go to the casino other than to spin the wheel and occasionally play Blackjack

“This feature is not available for you.” Means that the country you live in has outlawed the use of gambling even using fake currency. The fact that you’ve done it before means either that it was just recently outlawed or rockstar fucked something up. Look up to see if the law in your country has changed and if not, try to contact support (Good Luck with that).

Since you could use the wheel before and it's the first of the month there might have been changes in gambling laws in your country. Or it's just a glitch and you can use it again after restarting your system.

This happens to me often. It's usually the server or your Internet/vpn. You just switch sessions or restart login and it'll clear up 🤜🤛

The reason the podium car isn't there is because you already won it.
As for the wheel issue, I have no clue, but you just reminded me I have to spin the wheel

Had this a couple months ago completely out of the blue, working one day, not the next. Opened a ticket with R*, they were absolutely useless. Fought it all the way up their chain, they refused to acknowledge anything wrong in their side. 2 updates later, it magically worked again. Give it some time, it may come back.

Might be certain restrictions regarding gambling in your country, If not then maybe contact Rockstar support.

Probably a glitch. Restart system, see if it works.
If you've already won the car and the podium is empty, you get an alternate prize if the car comes up again. Usually RP.
I've won that, and I've had the wheel spin prompt not show up - not even to tell me to come back later. Restarted the game and it was back.

So I spun, won the car, left. Came back about a week later, spun again, won car, celebrated, drove car around, and logged off. Now there is no car and it won't let me spin at all

Can you play any Casino Table games or the Slot Machines‽ If not, then your IP address may be flagged as being in a Jurisdiction with gambling restrictions, including from The Lucky Wheel at the Diamond Casino and Resort.
