Banned from spinning the wheel

I don't know if this is a glitch or if rockstar flagged me because I won the car twice in a row, but I can't spin the wheel anymore and there is no podium vehicle. I'm not exploiting and I'm barely ever on enough to really do much other than do maybe a quick job to boost my nightclub or tell my people to get crates for my business. Can anyone help me?

It did. I celebrated it and moved on. Drove the car around for a while, and got off. I don't know what you're implying here

In the fucking classic movie "Vegas Vacation", Clark's son, Rusty, goes on a fucking legendary winning streak while the rest of the family strikes out.

He wins like 5 cars in the movie. All just by spinning big wheels at random casinos. At the very end, the whole family drives off into the sunset each driving a new car Rusty won.

This gif is from the movie, but there isn't one of Rusty winning all the cars and saying the quote I commented, so I went with this one.

I haven't watched that movie so I didn't know if you were implying I was cheating. Thanks for the clarification and I'm sorry
