Banned from spinning the wheel

I don't know if this is a glitch or if rockstar flagged me because I won the car twice in a row, but I can't spin the wheel anymore and there is no podium vehicle. I'm not exploiting and I'm barely ever on enough to really do much other than do maybe a quick job to boost my nightclub or tell my people to get crates for my business. Can anyone help me?

This happened to me once a while back. I couldn’t gamble at all after exploiting the horse race AFK glitch. It continued across sessions and PS5 restarts. R* was less than helpful but it eventually started working again after about 6 weeks.
